DUE TO LIMITED SEATS FOR EACH CLASS, YOUR SEAT IS RESERVED ONLY UPON FULL PAYMENT. 

UPON PURCHASE, YOUR SEAT IS CLOSED TO OTHER STUDENTS, THEREFORE CLASS FEES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE, ALL SALES ARE FINAL, AND NO CREDIT WILL BE GIVEN AS MATERIALS ARE PURCHASED AND CLASSES ARE HELD BASED ON SEAT RESERVATIONS.

In the event a class must be cancelled due to Covid-19 exposure requiring quarantine by the instructor, the studio, or with 50% of the class, or due to a State of Emergency declared for the public, class will be rescheduled, and a credit will be issued to you for the full amount paid to be applied towards a new class of your choice within 1 year.

Every attendee must have their own ticket NO EXCEPTIONS OR SHARING ALLOWED.

All Classes will be held at How Sweet It Is Cake Studio, 6002 Veterans Parkway, Columbus GA 31909. Please arrive a few minutes early as all classes will start promptly at the scheduled time, and also note that all students must be out of the classroom no later than 10 minutes after scheduled finish time to allow our teacher to set up for the next class.

Please note: in order to create the best experience for all of our students, once your class seat is reserved, it can NOT be changed or rescheduled. HOWEVER, AS A COURTESY, WE CAN TRANSFER YOUR PAYMENT TO ANOTHER STUDENT OF YOUR CHOOSING FOR THE SAME CLASS DATE AND TIME IF REQUESTED IN WRITING 24 HOURS OR MORE PRIOR TO YOUR CLASS TIME. 

All bookings are final. No refunds. No exceptions.

How Sweet It Is Cake Studio reserves the right to cancel any event due to class size of 5 or less seats purchased, inclement weather, or any unforeseen circumstance. Class fees will be refunded or transferred to new session at the discretion of How Sweet It Is Cake Studio.

For Classes Labeled BYOB, Adult or Team Building:

Participants in this class must be at least 18 years of age. All participants under the age of 21 will not be allowed to consume alcohol. You agree to HOLD HARMLESS How Sweet It Is Cake Studio and it's affiliates for any injuries or damages sustained or caused by participant and you understand How Sweet It Is will not be liable.  Non-Participants are not permitted into the classroom during class time.

For Classes Labeled "Sweeties 13 and Up":

Participants in this class must be at least 13 years of age. All participants under the age of 18 years must have a legal guardian either enrolled in the class with an additional purchased seat (Please check with How Sweet It Is Cake Studio prior to booking adult's ticket for discount coupon code)  or in the building in a designated lounge area for the duration of the class. You agree to HOLD HARMLESS How Sweet It Is Cake Studio and it's affiliates for any injuries or damages sustained or caused by participant and you understand How Sweet It Is and it's affiliates are not child care providers.  Non-Participants are not permitted into the classroom during class time.

For classes Labeled "You and Me Kiddo":

Price includes 2 seats/tickets (ONE adult and ONE child). Read full description for details! 

Participants in this class must be no more than 11 years of age. All participants under the age of 18 years must have a legal guardian enrolled in the class and present at all times. You agree to HOLD HARMLESS How Sweet It Is Cake Studio and it's affiliates for any injuries or damages sustained or caused by participant and you understand How Sweet It Is and it's affiliates are not child care providers. 

Non-Participants are not permitted into the building or classroom during class time. Please make arrangements for children not partiicipating in the class.
